Problem of overbooking meant we were sent to the Ramada Glasgow City hotel instead of at the airport, which is what we had wanted in the first place but hadn't been able to book!

Report to reception of toilet cistern taking over an hour to fill and could not flush and we had to use water in waste bucket to flush toilet
This would not normally have been a problem but I have a disability which required regular toilet attendance and we were there for 5 nights
