Receptionist was new to the job but she had a pleasant manner and was extremely helpful.

Generally cleanliness was good but there was dark hair stuck to the tiling on the shower wall.

Overall: I felt I could recommend to someone else. Thought I might be disturbed by air traffic noise but this was not the case.  (108769339)

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
