Accomodation nice & Modern, Friendly Staff if a bit rushed

Overall: Confirmation directly from the Hotel regarding my booking and accomodation. To see a menu and to know it would be a French restaurant - The food was lovely but I now know the portions are very small! To ensure a smoking room was available. (1719059)
Siting of hotel in Oxford, good room.
Week or more out of date yoghurts supplied for breakfast. Probably would not have killed us but not what we would have chosen.
Overall: The tariff that applied was not clear. We booked one tariff but were charged another - perhaps overall in our favour but if we had known the tariff that would have applied we may well have altered our plans. (1484394)

No seats, very little food, had to ask for butter, spoons and servietes

Location was nice and easy to get into Oxford
Room had not been tidied properly, as we found a pint carton of milk sitting on the window ledge and it looked like it has been there for at least a day or 2.
The shower pressure was far too strong, resulting in the shower curtain flying around which ment that the bathroom was flooded following a shower (mixture of the cutain flailing and condensation), my husband had to hold the curtain in place to stop the curtain sticking to me.
Overall: Was very disappointed, the website and the price led me to expect a higher quality than we got. (108601088)
