Well, the breakfast was adequate.
Security, lack of full time reception, no airconditioning in a physical environment that gets hot in summer, no secure place to leave luggage

Clean, modern, in a lovely part of the city, excellent views of the countryside. Good communications, even though buses do not run at night.
Concierge is not available during the middle of the day.
NO HOT WATER LATE AT NIGHT!!
Overall: We enjoyed our stay very much. Facilities clean & modern, really very good. Availability of the concierge around midday until 14h00 was a minor problem, but it should be highlighted on the web site.We arrived at about 12h30, & had to wait more than an hour to check in. The lack of hot water was very annoying, quite inexplicable when everything else was so good. Plenty in the mornings, so either the capacity is insufficient, or the heat is turned off at night. This should be easy to fix, we did not let it spoil our stay, & did not make a formal complaint. (2110863)
