Very helpful staff, nice location near tram and large park with children's play areas, convenient laundry in basement and lovely garden, recycling area in trash room, groceries across street, and walkable to shopping historic district. Good pillows and comfortable beds. Huge amount of storage in closets. Fast elevators. Hard-wired internet. Great sound isolation between units.
Couch-bed was comfortable, however, the upholstered sides were badly frayed, giving a poor impression to the living area. Should have these sides made in wood, probably. Tub would not hold much water due to poor fitting drain cap. Nice interior but no charming detail you would enjoy in an older building. Next time I might request a unit facing garden to reduce street noise when windows are open (a must as there is no air conditioning).

please, make the air conditioning work - in Grenoble at +30 is the absolute must to have some cool in the room

How do I add a rating?

All our ratings are created by guests who have booked through Active Hotels (or its sister sites) and completed their stay over the last year. We don't edit, alter or adjust the ratings so you can be sure of unbiased opinions.
How do you manage to collect so many ratings?
48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
