It was exc excellent having the space of an apartment
The bedroom was very small - kept hitting legs on the end of the bed because the space was limited

a good sized room with a balcony, there is a big bathroom and quite a nice vibe, the internet facilities worked.
they did not clean the room, the location is pretty far from the beaches and harbour, they struggled to understand english

The location was very good, being on a quiet side street just a block off the main street through the area, and just a 5-10 min walk to the conference center and two metro stops. For the most part the hotel was clean and in good condition. Being an apart-hotel, the rooms contained a convenient small kitchen with appliances. The staff was very helpful with both routine things and special requests like getting taxis.
The reception desk was closed from Noon to 2:00 pm, so we had to wait 1.5 hours after we arrived at 12:30. The web registration form stated that rooms would be available after 3:00 pm, but did not warn that the desk would be completely closed for two hours, leaving no place to secure luggage, etc.
Air conditioning to the rooms was out the entire week of our stay, despite complaints from many guests. In late June the weather was already hot enough
and the rooms stuffy enough to make it very uncomfortable to sleep at night
without the A/C.
Clean linens and towels were provided only upon special request and at extra charge even after almost a week. I know this is an apart-hotel but it would have been nice to have at least clean towels included as part of the standard service every few days.
Overall: Almost a very pleasant experience, it is too bad the broken air conditioning made our stay so uncomfortable. (97223820)

The dishes were dirty in the washing machine, and I wished I had a carpet in the apartment.

Good value for money. Breakfast is extra, but there is a small clean well-stock and well-equipped kitchen for those who wouldn't mind preparing the breakfast (or other meals) themselves.
The only small problem was the capacity of the hot water heater. After one bath, there was no more hot water left until the morning. For a solo traveller, this should be no problem at all.
Overall: We liked our studio room at the hotel, which came with a small kitchen that was both clean and well-equipped. The sofa bed was comfortable. The bathroom was good-sized and so was the room in general. The reception desk was not open all the time, but the staff members were very helpful and friendly during reception hours. There is even a computer in the lobby with free internet access. The hotel is conveniently located between 2 metro stops. The street is very quiet most of the time, but there is a fire station nearby - which means that one would have to put up with the occasional sirens. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised by the value-for-quality of this hotel and would gladly stay there again. (2786712)
