Staff were friendly and helpful. Escellent location.
We had booked an apartment for 4 expecting 2 bedrooms and were disappointed when it was 1 bedroom with a fold out lounge as the second bed. Had to ask for toilet paper on a couple of occasions as it was not restocked.
Overall: We enjoyed our stay in Montpellier Citadines except for the two comments listed above. (107859629)

Very clean, well designed rooms and the option to prepare your own food. The staff were very friendly and the location was excellent for shopping and sightseeing in Montpellier.
My husband found the bed uncomfortable. We had great trouble accessing the hotel by car because of the one way system around Antigone.

The balcony facing onto the open area, the sofa bed was terrific, really comfortable and easy to use.
When we checked in we were initially given an apartment which was on the ground floor, with terrace open to people passing bye and youths loitering. However, we asked to be moved, and were accomodated on the third floor, which was fine. Would have liked a small oven.
Overall: The location of the hotel was first class, beside the tram, and across the road from lovely food markets. (We did not realise this when first booking, so it was a lovely surprise, and could be a good marketing point for self-caterers. The food market was so good, that we ate in each night .... The staff were professional, there was easy access to internet. I would like to have known that the bedroom had two single beds and not a double, i.e. that the double bed was the sofa bed in the living room, Otherwise everything was fine. Very clean. (99534420)
