Staff were very good and professional at all times

TV did not change unless too close to use control, not power point near bed. £10.50 for breakfast is an extortionate rate.

Professional courteous staff.

Some repairs needed in the hallways.

Overall: Good location. I was initially concerned about a loud event going on downstairs but it did not carry through to the rooms. The rooms are basic but clean and overall the hotel is great value for money.  (108838010)

friendley staff clean in side and out good food lovley rooms good my dog was welcome to stay

night staff did not know what to do when fire alarm went off on the 15/9/2009 as thay did not do a head count there was no sign off a member off staff in car park there was disabled staying at the hotel at the time myself being one of them

Overall: the stay was good will come back again and would recommend the hotel to any one who want a place to stay in grimsby  (108321650)

Very welcoming and informative, we arrived at 2300 and the staff were very efficient during booking in.

the bathroom could do with a shelf to put toileties on.

Hotel and room very clean, freindly wellcome from the staff, the room was a good size. Next time we visit relatives we will stay at this hotel.

The mattress on the bed was a little to firm .
