A well run establishment. Attentive and friendly staff.

Below par self service breakfast. Bland sausage, solid scrambled egg and worst of all a hair in the bacon, either from the kitchen or due to the self service facilities' inhereant faults.

friendly staff.nice area.big room

paying by card was confusing. the motorway was a little noisy.The room was in need of decoration. the furniture in the room looked like it was out of a charity shop.

Stayed in room 50 - was a good sized room. Bed v comfortable with blankets (excellent). Easy parking, pleasant welcome, good breakfast

Sign saying "Very Hot Water" (turn the thermostat down) Sign giving option not to have towels washed (good) in order to save on use of unfriendly washing products (use friendly ecological products)

Overall: Very pleasant stay. Left feeling refreshed and relaxed.  (107437446)

Overall: was a nice hotel and perfectly situated for our needs. Staff all pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was adequate but not good  (107729076)

Room was clean & well appointed.It was also very quiet considering the proximity of the motorway. Breakfast was very good value for money.

Because of the triple glazing (to keep out the noise) the room was very warm and the fan/air conditioning was not very effective.

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
