good, clean swimming pool

The room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel dining room lacked atmosphere and in consequence we did not dine there. I had to clean quite a lot of hair out of the bath before using it.

Staff very pleasant & helpful

No air-con in room, even with the windows open still too hot. Even though we went to bed well after 2am, we were so hot by 6am we had to get up and go and sit outside.

Overall: Apart from the above we had a pleasant stay as did the rest of the wedding party.The breakfast was cooked to order, of good quality & worth the few minutes wait.  (107610571)

The booking process was very easy and the girl on the check in was superb

you offer a room service menu with lots of options but when we went to order we were told that you only had 2 tuna and sweetcorn sandwiches left (which we dont like)so had to go without food that evening.then asked for an early morning call 5.00am which also did not happen then went to check out at 5.45am but could not find the night porter anywhere despite checking all the down floor and waiting 15mins so we had to leave a note to say we had left.

Overall: booking in great and reception great but after that very very poor  (107724327)

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
