Very friendly and helpful staff, very clean,very handy to Oxford Street also the tube station is only a few yards away and just up the road and along a bit is Paddington station great places to eat at hotel and nearby
only bad point i have is no drawers in the room
Overall: Excellant as usual this is the 5th time we have stayed in this hotel and God willing we will be back next year (107446768)
Initial room we were given was tiny, and the upgraded room wasnt much better, and we had to pay an additional £20 for this!!!

Good Location - close to tube.
Breakfast (English) - good selection of hot food
The room had a safe.
Very small room with little storage space - there were no drawers, just small hanging rail with a shelf. Similary there was no shelf space in the (small) bathroom) for personal toiletries.
Carpet could do with cleaning.
Overall: A convenient place to stay in London, as long as you don?t have to stay in the room for any longer than necessary. (107263399)

The excellent location of the hotel premises. It is very close to Lancester underground station and in the heart of Central London. Very conveneient to reach from any part of London by underground or bus.
The bedroom was small in size.
Overall: We had booked a standard double bedroom (with attached bath) @ GBP 89 per night. The size of the room (Room no. 567) was extremely small. However, i suppose that the location is such that bigger rooms will command a higher premium. It so happened that the electrical switch to our bathroom got spoilt and the hotel staff had to shift us to a larger room (room no. 105)(which also was standard double B/R with attached bath!) So I guess the hotel has real small rooms for these internet bookings at reduced prices and bigger rooms which they would like to sell at a higher price! On the whole, we had a pleasant experience staying at this hotel. I would also like to mention that the rooms were extremely clean. (97317247)
