The reception is not staffed at certain times - we needed to get into the hotel to collect our bags and noone was there to let us in - and no one replied at the other citadines - if it wasn't for a guest who was also going into the hotel we would have been left on the doorstep.
The toilet is separate from the rest of the bathroom - and it means walking right through the kitchen and bedroom to wash the hands.
Microwave is very high up - nearly dropped a pan of scalding water as difficult to reach up.
Overall: Not as plush as the other citadines - and the fact the reception is not always staff is a hazard when staff also don't respond at the other citadines who are meant to. Room was a bit small but acceptable. (108434139)

hôtel bien situé, calme, personnel d'accueil très agréable
au regard du prix de location du studio et considérant que le service hôtelier journalier n'est pas assuré (sauf demande de notre part), nous pensons que le rapport qualité/prix n'est pas, pour cet hôtel, ce que nous sommes en droit d'attendre : moquette tachée, peintures écaillées, ascenseur bruyant, pas de sèche cheveux, manque de certains éléments dans le matériel de cuisine : tire-bouchon par exemple
