The staff was very helpful and the food was good. They spoke english this was a great help as we do not speak french

Overall: I don't remember if they asked if we wanted a nonsmoking room. In america the first floor is ground level. We originally were placed on your 2nd floor in a smoking room. But my husband had trouble with the stairs and we were changed to a 1st floor room. We would have like a ground floor but they had twin beds and we prefer a double bed. But the stay was nice. The the staff was very helpful and the food was good. (99525503)
