System seems to work well. Restsaurant good; food seemed less in variety and quality than inprevious stays. Rooms adequately equipped.
VERY poorly signed to find the hotel. Even with satnav it was not straightforward. Very small tv screen.

The room was tired and the bed very uncomfortable. Also, the shower was the worst I have ever used anywhere in the world and given that you normally get good water pressure etc in France, it was disappointing.
Overall: Sadly from a chain you can normally rely on, the room at this hotel was disappointing. None of it was anything I could do anything about. I never found out how uncomfortable the bed was until I went to bed and then of course I was not going to get up to change rooms. Likewise I only found out how bad the bathroom facilities were the next morning when I went to use them. An unpleasant experience I could have done without when I was tired and had a business meeting the next day. One plus was all of the staff were great. (99412276)

Easy to find. Reasonable parking. Value for money accommodation and food.
Allocated a room on arrival which was not ready. Poorly ventilated room. Reception staff allowed telephone calls to interrupt transactions with customers at the reception desk - poor customer care!
Overall: It was disappointing to be shown to a broken chair in the restaurant, which was potentially dangerous. It should not be left to customers to find such problems - customer care again! Despite a few minor moans and groans we still enjoyed our stay which was helped by pleasant and friendly staff. (3304541966)
