It was well taken care of by the staff but sometimes they were a little insensitive as to when to clean.

The mattresses are much too soft. My back was not happy at all they next day. A little harder mattress would be better.

Overall: This particular place was strange because it did not have any place to eat a warm breakfast. It would have been good to know that there is no place where you can eat something warm in the morning like eggs or pancakes. I think this would be a tremendous business for anyone who is willing to try to start such a business.  (97602276)

- comfortable beds - clean, well maintained rooms, reception and gardens - friendly staff

- needed more coat hangers, 5 for 2 people is not enough

Overall: - there was a hairdryer in the room which is good but not mentioned in advert, this would have been helpfull as I didn't need to take my own  (3305198713)

Fair room at a fair price, very nice and proffessional staff, good restaurant at an affordable price

I had not been informed that the reception desk is closed after 11pm. The code required for the automatic check in was not sent to me despite I informed about my late arrival (after 10pm). Neither could I check with my credit cards (VISA or MS registered in Sweden). I had to call for a taxi and stay at another hotel the first night. However, the Campanilla staff was very helpfull and understandable when I presented my problem which was obviously not their fault.

Overall: Pleasant experience despite the problems with check in.  (1882335)
