It was on the ground floor so that it was easy to unload our car.There were good sized towels and the shower was very good. Also there weere spare pillows.
Until we turned on the airconditioning the room smelled of cigarette smoke even though we had asked for a non-smoking room.

proximité du lieu de spectacle..Calme dans l'hôtel... possibilité de manger sur place
Overall: nous pensions seulement qu'il y a vait un lit 2 personnes et un lit 1 personne mais c'était un lit d'appoint...mais mon fils a passé une bonne nuit quand même (97666309)

Propreté perfectible , horaires petits déjeiuner trop restreint , odeurs tabac froid dans la chambre , absence mini bar , vétusté de la literie et du mobilier

Overall: Concernant l'entretien les escaliers en béton sont en mauvais état. Globalement l'ensemble du batiment fait un peu viellot. l'isonorisation laisse à désirer... (97308180)

j'aime boucoup le compagnile Strasbourg etant trés satisfaite de cet hôtel, j'ai cru pourvoir avoir la même qualité pendant mon voyage à Lyon, il n'en etait rien!!! et j'ai été extrèmement décu! bravo au manager de campagnil Strasbourg!!
pas assez de serviettes, nous étions resté deux jours et on a dû réclamer le linge de toilette et les oreillers sont trops mous!!
Overall: Trés contente de mon séjour à Strasbourg, j'y compte bien y retourner, le petit déjeuner est excellent et surtout le pain (baguettes fraiches) (97170305)
