Functional & adequate

Restaurant staff & service.

Overall: Having been checked in promptly, we showered & changed for dinner, then went into the restaurant for an evening meal. The waiter seemed disfunctional and poorly organised; one of the four meals arriving after three of us had finished ours (despite continuous promises that he hadn't forgotten it). Unfortunately, he was not at all helpful or friendly. Check out the morning after was problem free & when I asked for help with directions, the manager/receptionist said that he had only been there for four days; understandable, but which still doesn't excuse the fuctionality of his staff.  (99336493)

warm when it was so cold outside -8!

the stars going to my room were not treated , there was ice and packed in snow, could have been dangerous. Also very small plastic cup not much use.
