Easy to book in.

Overall: My request for a supplemental bed for a child under 13 was not conveyed to the hotel. Rather than dealing with the need for the bed, the receptionist shook her head and told me that I had never made the request. I had to show her my internet booking print-out with the written request. The Wi-fi internet was not working (I was told it had been down for three days). The breakfast was poor and unimaginative, the fruit was old, no fresh coffee and no croissant. (97620390)
