The staff is genuire and very accomodating, they are very helpful.
The information provided on line was not accurate, our plane had a delay, the shuttle suppose to be runing, however, when we called the hotel, they said you have to take the taxi. The shuttle was not working, on the internet did not say that.
Overall: Again, the staff is genuine and helpful, the shuttle issue affected the first impression of the hotel and our stay, since the ride is too short no taxi wanted to take us, i had to wait about 40 minutes to get a taxi after flying from cancun,MX for 10 hours. (107394245)
