Good value for money.
No family rooms that I was aware of.
Overall: We arrived after 11pm and the staff were very accommodating. Nice simple room for overnight stay. Baby cot provided as requested. Good breakfast. Clean rooms. It was a bit difficult to find i.e. to get to the right part of Rouen. Don't expect a picturesque view. Not very soundproof to outside: you can easily get woken up by people talking as they walk past your room. But overall good value for money. (99916296)

Very comfortable, clean and everything I needed.
Overall: This hotel was by far the best of it's type I have stayed in. It was cleaner and more comfortable than the regular UK chains and the staff were most helpful even though my French was a little shaky. The meal in the restaurant was very good and the choice was excellent. I would always use this Hotel if in the area in future. Well done Campanile. (3305779526)

It was easy to find,very clean and secure.
My mother's bed was so creaky it kept waking her up!
Overall: An ideal place for a stopover,fairly basic,but everything you could need.As we were two women travelling alone,having shutters on the windows and a car park that was locked overnight meant that we felt very safe.The food and service were very good,and it was nice to have the option of eating outside.
