Room not ready on arrival (4 PM) - staff immediately switched us to another room.
Overall: The cold buffet starter is excellent. Staff very helpful although limited English. Pleasant surroundings - overlooks golf course. (3305525914)

One (of two) rooms was unprepared, and cold. We reported the faulty heater but were told that it was normal for the heater to switch on and off. We said, 'yes, of course, but it should still heat the room'. The rooms were generally shabby. We stayed at a mercure in Honfleur at the same price and it was much much better. The corner of the breakfast room we sat in smelled of drains.
