Once the difficulties in reservation were clarified (s.below)accomadation was without further problems.
The lady on the reception was extremely unfriendly and did not give us the chance to explain the difficulties in reservation.
Overall: I booked two rooms for 4 adults. I got 4 confirmations, this was corrected later into 1 reservation. the reception lady in the hotel denied to have received one (1) reservation at all, however, admitted that we had payed the rate (?). After we finally got the chance to explain the confusion in booking she gave us two rooms. Stay was ok, booking and reception were very poor. (1588815)

Overall: Your sites are mainly out of town but are uasually easy to find.Because they are fenced off you feel very safe,if they are sited in industrial area's you can feel a little vunerable!Overal you have a good set up and we will use you again. (1274378)
