Very helpful staff. On check-in managed to change our rooms from doubles to twins with minimum of fuss. Very attractive location by the River Marne.
Difficult to get to via car due to one-way system and lack of parking before getting access to the car-park.
Overall: 6 English men staying for 2 nights for the Rugby World Cup had a great stay. Very good value, just right for our requirements. Rooms were a bit tight but not a problem for our party and the budget we were on. Easy access (10min walk) to RER station provided good, cheap links to Paris (30 mins). Only downer was the staff confusion about transport links in the RER/Metro strikes. As a foreigner we really needed better information from the staff about how to get to and from Paris as the hotel is used primarily (I would have thought) for people to access Paris easily. They advised that there were no trains and no taxis but we found the train service was fine. (97260299)

New bed required in room, mattress was sagging in the middle. Restaurant closed at 10.00pm and there was no bar.
