ideal stop over food good value

Perfect location!
Excellent level of cleanliness in the bedroom, reception area and dining room. The member of staff greeting us at reception was very helpful and pleasant in manner. The bedroom was very comfortable, but the room was hot.
We have stayed in various hotels in this group in France since 1994. We found on this occasion that the standard of the evening meal and breakfast, although adequate was not up to the expected standard. For example, the range of items in the starter buffet has decreased, we suspect to save money. The bread offered to us in the evening was stale, and the buagette at breakfast had been re-heated and was stale. We thought this was unacceptable. In the bathroom, we were provided with only one large towel each, not flannell or soap as we have come to expect in these hotels.
Overall: Overall, the standards seem to be dropping slightly, although there are many excellent features to staying in hotles in this group. We may not choose this particular hotel next time. (107278140)

Good value for money.
My parents aged 85 and 89 have reserved a room in February, at the ground floor so that they could park their car in front. My father is invalid and the receptioniste didn't want to give them an appropriate room, so that they had to walk around the hotel to go to their room. After insisting for half an hour my parents finally got a room they asked for. The manager had to come to be convinced! Bad treatment of aged guests, they were complaining to me. They are regular guests in your hotel since 15 years and this never happened to them.
