propreté de l'hôtel-bon accueil au petit déjeuner et trés bonne prise en charge de notre probleme de réservation

Overall: Trés mauvaise surprise aprés 3h30 de route de voir que notre réservation n'a pas été prise en compte. Obligés de prendre la dernière chambre à 2 lits alors qu'on avait réservé 1 grand lit. Heureusement il restait 1 chambre sinon...De pplus le lendemain il s'avére que notre réservation n'a pas été envoyée à l'hôtel, bien qu'ayant l'é-mail de cinfirmation en main. Je ne reververai plus par active hôtel (97068446)
