Although I stated my husband is disabled and would like a room on the ground floor or near a lift, this did not happen at ny of the hotels booked with you!

the lady who took care of my room clean was very honest, she reminded me that I had coins on my bed. I didn't know they are not in the habit of tipping.
Also, people at the front desk were very nice.
It was hard for me to communicate at the front, all of them expect the nice African guy in the night, didn't speak English.
