Adequate accommodation for the money, but let down by poor food and very expensive drinks
Confusion during the booking - in process due to language differences. Eventually resolved OK, but more by good luck than anything else
Overall: The drinks were hideously overpriced - a 400ml glass of beer was about (97043381)

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?
48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
