Helpful, friendly staff; good food in adjoining restaurant, especially the breakfasts - excellent; good parking; excellent shower;
Lack of rug/carpet on floor; a very smokey smell in room - we would prefer non-smoking rooms; only one extra pillow; sitting facilities rather uncomfortable - armchairs would have been nice; only one sachet of coffee per person and biscuits only on arrival day - not the next day;
