The room was renovated and very clean
Overall: Close location to the railway station Haren, close to the NATO/EUROCONTROL/Brussels Zaventem Airport; reasonable rate for service; good meal. (107566519)
It was exactly as desribed.
The room had obviously been occupied by a cigar smoker at some time and the smell was still strong.
Overall: Good location, although the car park was hard to find. Better sign posting required for this. Minor point. (97919885)

Overall: The hotel was very clean with all the necessary utensils included.There was a hairdryer and kettle in the room.The staff were excellent and could not help us enough. They helped us with taxis and even printed out directions for us when we asked where to go.Again the restuarant staff were very helpful and polite.This hotel has excellent close access to the train station in Vilvoorde. Clean, comfortable, good size and contained everything you needed.
If I had to say anything its only sillt but, more English sky channels as only CNN and Eurosport available. Better pillows!

Basic but adequate. The large ensuite bathroom was much appreciated and shower was hot and of good pressure
to allocate specific rooms as non-smoking.
Overall: We were told that our room was non-smoking but clearly the previous occupant had smoked and the room smelled very unpleasant. The room had not been cleaned or prepared for us at 1530 hours when we arrived and were given our allocated key. Other guests were extremely noisy getting into cars early in the morning and often smoked just under our open window. Nearby trains were very noisy all night. (2865823)
