We stayed at the Auburn not the Queens, however our stay was excellent. The accomodation was very good and the staff friendly but still efficient. I have recommended your hotel to colleagues.

Bathrooms a mess, waste can broken, toilets broken, tiles missing, grout missing, no chef on duty so no hot breakfast, change room key at noon and tell no one, no place to store golf bags, tried to pay the night before we left said had to do in morning, in morning said can't do it until later- we were on plane
