The location, the service, and the facility.
The only thing which could be improved in my view is the mattress on the pull out couch.
Overall: The location was extrordinary. We will recommend this hotel to anyone who plans to enjoy Paris. The rooms were nice, spacious and clean. Our room had a balcony, which completely delighted all of us. It was a great option for a family, as finding accommodation for four in the same area in Paris is difficult. My kids are 5 and 9, so not really old enought to stay in a room alone. (3304431174)

perfect accomadation for a family break in the city
the carpets in our appartment needed a clean. My 20mth old was running around in a pale blue baby grow which by the time we left the feet were rather grubby. Apart from that the overall standard of the aprtment was vey good.
Overall: I would definately consider using your apartments again. (2657067)
