Has all the facilities, reasonable location on main artery road into London

Cleanliness could have been better, breakfast was poor (fruit and continental items were all processed foods out of a tin or a packet) and the cooked breakfast was just warm (not kept warm)

Overall: Adequate for what we wanted - a bed for a night close to the Wembley Stadium where we were at a music concert  (107892971)

Lovely breadkfast, excellent pool.

jacuzzi not working. We were badly disturbed in the night by late returning football supporters we were woken at 1am, 2.15 and 3 am.

Overall: A hotel we would definietly recommend and would stay at again.  (108355204)

The room was very nice and the bathroom. Very clean!

The biggest gripe is that there was no parking space when we arrived! there appeared to be a wedding taking place at the hotel but when we booked it stated that we could park at a cost of £10 a day. We had to park miles away. Nobody seemed interested at the hotel. I was travelling with another female friend and we felt scared as we don't know the area at all. Unfortunately this totally spoilt our stay.

Overall: The hotel was lovely and clean (breakfast was a bit hectic and v busy). However, as stated in my earlier point - the lack of parking was most disappointing - especially when one has driven for 3 hours to get there!  (107310672)

Room a great size and spotless.

Staff were a bit unfriendly. No dvd in room. Maid chapped our door at 8am and woke us up - bit early considering checkout is 12!

Overall: Stayed at the Hilton Kensington Olympia the night before & while it was not as plush it was far friendlier and made for a better stay.  (107895391)

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
