Staff were very friendly and excellent at their jobs. Food was fantastic and lounge area was very relaxing.

No bad points.

Overall: Thoroughly enjoyed our wedding at the Beech Hill. Will definately be back soon. Grounds were beautiful and very well kept.  (107516635)

food and service was very good

after staying there in february in a superior room, i didnt think the room we stayed in was a superior room in comparison,shower valve is in need of repair, dripping.there also was connecting door to the next room.

Overall: food and service very good, room not as expected for a superior room in 4 star hotel.  (107697075)

comfy beds

Overall: The hotel staff were friendly and efficient. Food and surroundings were first class, especially afternoon tea! Main hotel areas were well appointed and comfortable. Bedroom was spacious with comfortable sitting area. Few minor niggles though: TV reception was poor on the one occasion it was used, lighting in bedroom was gloomy, heating was not apparent but as we spent most of our time out and about it was not a big issue for us. Hot water was scalding, shower water temperature was temperamental on occasion.  (97503936)
