Helpful staff in both hotel and bar
We were in 'family room' but would have preferred a 2x double bed layout rather than 1x double, 1x single and a camp bed. This appears common in many other good hotels.
2 x electric bulbs were out in the room.
The balcony door was unlocked with no provision to secure it.
Powdered potatoes are not what we expected on the bar menu.
Overall: A comfortable two nights but very average accomodation with just okay breakfast and bar food. (108854033)

I found the food extremely good. Clean towels everyday even though we were there for only 2 nights. The service was excellent and staff very friendly. Lots of information on where to go in Galway as well as great entertainment for children.
No bad points.

The staff were very helpfull, hotel was clean, rooms spacious all in good working order
Overall: I arrived at the hotel at 20.50, once checked in i asked about dinner despite the restaurant closing at 21.00, the staff booked me a table for dinner, the food was very good and the restaurant staff good (97662391)

The hotel is beautiful, with great facilities and a lovely restaurant. there were no problems with the suite-it was very big and had all necessary functions
