Convenient. fairly clean & tidy

Tiles in shower need replacing. Windows do not open. Air con unit not working. Check out a bit slow

A very clean hotel. Stayed in a newly refurbished room. The receptionist is very welcoming and made us feel special. Although we didn't visit the restaurant it looked the part. Walking distance to the shops and museums and the tube is on the next street

Didn't have breakfast because it was too expensive.

Overall: Would definitely stay here again and recommend others.  (108975324)

Handy for central London, not too expensive for London

Small, dingy room with non-stop hum outside the window from ac unit or something. Poorly decorated bedroom.

Reception and Bar lookedm clean and modern.

Once you left ground floor the hotel looked tired and grubby.

Overall: Location was good but the room was very dated and worn. Bar was very modern and relaxing to sit in.  (107893076)
