Staff (especially breakfast staff) were fabulous. Friendly, helpful, polite - I could go on. Suffice it to say that they made the stay very special.
I really have no bad points to summarise. Perhaps the lack of a shower cap could be mentioned but it hardly spoiled the weekend and would be nit-picking in the extreme.
Overall: A very satisfying weekend break. Lovely room. Helpful staff. Can't ask for more. (107441416)

Housekeeping and Concierge services were above average. Good location. Nice decoration of rooms. Room well-lit.
Room too small for 2 people with luggage. Clothing storage areas too small. Bathroom sink tap should be replaced; also, the tap water tasted odd. Late make-up of room on 2 occasions. Long walk to reach room.
Overall: We were expecting something grander when you described the room as "deluxe". Aside from that disappointment and the above-mentioned faults, we were comfortably housed. (107676300)

Overall: Noise from outside did not allow for sleep. Would only stay again if in main part of hotel and not in Buckingham suite. A lot of staff were not fluent in English. (108917136)
nice smell when you come into the lobby
booked on priceline but when i checked in the credit card was not sufficient to obtain room...had to inconvenience my corporate staff to "rebook" me using a colleagues card...I've never heard of priceline employing this practice in the states. I was not happy!
