SHower head barely high enough for wife who is 5 foot tall.
Overall: Original booked a standard dbl room, upgraded to a superior after looking at room for larger bed and superior room size looked smaller. hair dryer was useless, bathroom sink drain clogged and ran slow. Overall room was small and narrow. Not impressed with price for what accomodation was. Superior room at most should be double room price. (1525353)

Spacious room and excellent location
No double glazing so heard every announcement from the bus station below, breakfast was basic fare in what is meant to be high quality hotel.

Great location and reasonable price
Bath plughole was clogged so water took ages to drain away and showering meant the water level rose over the ankle. Bathroom extracter fan not working, turned bathroom in to a sauna after a shower. Bathroom fittings seen better days. Would have complained, but were not spending enough time in the place to bother.
Overall: Hotel was only used as a base, so didn't spend much time there. The room we got was reasonable for the price, great location. (108671002)
