CAR PARKING WAS A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE- MY EXEC ROOM PARKING WAS FREE BUT HAD TO RETURN TO HOTEL TWICE TO GET TICKET RE-ISSUED ONLY TO BE TOLD I WOULD HAVE TO PAY£12 TO EXIT

Easily booked, great information about how to get there

Staff were not friendly, did not appear to be aware of which guests had paid for inclusive meals and on one occasion were particularly rude to us in relation to this. Poor basic communication from staff such as poor eye contact and very basic spoken English, particularly from night staff but not exclusively. We requested a change of room due to excessive heat and noise from what appeared to be a boiler behind the wall where the head of the bed was. In both rooms we stayed in, the tiles and fixtures in the bathroom had evidence of soap scum and build up of what appeared to be lime scale or something similar.

Overall: Our stay was acceptable for the period of time we spent there but spent a lot of time away from the hotel due to the reasons given above  (107539921)

Nice bedroom, good size pool, decent gym, good breakfast, courteous staff

Although the hotel staff were courteous at all times, they were not very efficient in the dining area as breakfast tables wern't prepared or cleared quickly enough even though the hotel was not very full. Both Gym and Pool area was starting to look a bit tatty and in need of some renovation.
