Poor parking, Good food, Friendly staff
Rooms to small for business users
Overall: The hotel was very nice and upkeep was to a very high standard of cleanliness. The lesiure facilities were very good and staff attentive. I would choose to stay there on a weekly basis if there were any incentive schemes available for a frequent stayer, as I come from Scotland and work in the area all week and would be staying at least 3 nights per week. Overall this was a good hotel with nice atmosphere with friendly and attentive staff who went out of there way to ensure I had a pleasant stay. (1365341)

Comfortable room and individual air conditioning, friendley helpful staff. The gym and spa facilities are nice to chill out if away on busieness or pleasure.
A fridge in the room would be useful. A better shelter for the smokeing area.
Overall: Good experience, well located for shops and off main roads into the area. I would use this hotel again when visiting the area. (108305783)

Very convenience, located in the Middlesbrough centre, and near to the Durham Tees. Airport. Room very clean, and towels changed everyday. Room with ironing and safebox
Some rooms didn't have Air conditioner, last few days on 1st and 2nd of July, weather very hot. I couldn't slept well. so I have to open the window to sleep, but my room facing to the main road, very noisy from the cars busy using the road.

Good location, nice facilities, friendly staff
Room was small for all three of us f we stayed again we would book a bigger room. Thought it was a lot of money for what we got although the facilities were good.
