Good location, food is of a good standard, rooms are clean.
Disappointing to see a high level of staff from out side the local area, the service in the restaurant on all occasions has been very slow, especially considering the cost of the food and accommodation, rooms need up dating as looking old hat now.
Overall: Over priced to match the standard of the hotel, poor service in the restaurant, never my first choice to stay in the area.

Reception staff friendly.
barman was obviously disappointed that he had to serve behide the bar, no customer focus and maybe he was just having a bad day. Could not say hello or thankyou, just a stare. Should be in a position away from direct contact with guests.

Comfortable bed; Good Shower; Pleasant Staff and Good Food
Overall: This Hotel was excellent value for money considering I got a deal through Active Hotels that resulted in B & B for less than a Travel Inn.
The room was very spacious, clean and well appointed, everything worked as it should. The food was nice with a good choice of dishes on the menu for both dinner and breakfast.
The staff were pleasant and attentive, so I think I got excellent value for money.

good pool facilities
meal at wedding could of been better, needed more veg and some tatties. Water jugs did not get refilled and ended up getting cleared before meal had finished each person at table therfore only got half a glass of water each.
Bar extremely expensive I would of spent more money at your bar if the prices had been lower.
Overall: Hotel is really nice on the inside.
