could you improve your reference map in getting to Hotel. It was not obvious that we needed to go under a railway bridge after the traffice lights. It would be very helpful if you could put this in.

Executive rooms are nice and large with adequate amenities. The food was nice and the breakfast was good value for the money.

Bathrooms a little outdated could do with being made a little bit more impressive i.e. tiles looked grubby. Also the bar never seemed to be well attended and you have to wait a while before you can place orders for food and drink.

Overall: Our stay was pleasant enough, however, we did have to wait at the bar for someone to attend it and often had to walk around the lounge and restaurant to try and get someone to serve you.  (107445718)

I have found the service and general condition of the hotel improving since the takeover by Menzies

We did not experience any bad points as we arrived late at night and left early next morning

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
