Accessibility. Excellent staff.
Smelly carpet. Should change to laminate flooring which is easier clean.Room decor was dated. Fluorescent lights bring more vibrance to room.

Overall Everything was excellent! Room was very clean, bed made every day, towels changed daily. We were given free parking,I appreciated this as hotel is not cheap, even though it was only Stg15.00
The Only bad point was that bathroom floor was not cleaned.Would have appreciated face cloths with towels.

Friendly efficient staff. Clean and tidy. Straightforward booking and check in/out process.
The room was too warm and poorly ventilated. Opening the window merely led to the disturbance of sleep by the noise of air conditioning or similar plant at rear of hotel.
Overall: Generally satisfactory. Charging £13 for breakfast struck me as something of a rip-off particularly in the centre of Glasgow, where there are a range of options within a short distance. (108456783)

Prices at the bar. Pool was cool. Not enough tea, coffee or milk in the room? only managed one cup each.
Overall: With on site parking and the close proximity to town centre, made the short stay an enjoyable break, from our long journey. (107610026)

Room was large, furniture and bed really nice, very comfy. Staff were very friendly and efficient.
Lack of toiletries and coffee making material. There was only one shower gel and it had been used! Also only one toilet roll. There was also only 1 milk sachet. Obviously if we had asked for more we would have got them but it was pretty poor.
Overall: Enjoyable! Not too bad value for money though I have had better rooms with more facilities for less cash. (108258491)
