breakfast, staff.location.
no shower curtain room could do with a picture or two. boring. bed had some sort of rubber over matress which bundled up into furrows.
Overall: Great helpful staff, couldnt be better. very central location (107247623)

The hotel was clean, the staff were helpful and the location in town was central to all amenities.
Overall: We stayed at the hotel for the rugby world cup and clearly it was busier than normal. The staff coped very well and the hotel rooms and foyer were clean and pleasant. (3304045973)

How do I add a rating?
Unlike other sites that offer ratings, our rating process is by invitation only. This ensures that 100% of the ratings you see on our site come from guests that have booked online with us and stayed at the hotel in question.
All our ratings are created by guests who have booked through Active Hotels (or its sister sites) and completed their stay over the last year. We don't edit, alter or adjust the ratings so you can be sure of unbiased opinions.
How do you manage to collect so many ratings?
48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
