Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. Clean hotel. Cracking sleelction for breakfast. Overall, very, very impressed.

In room 160 the bed was very squeeky and uncomfortable and there were no net curtains.

Overall: I would definately come back again and recommend it to others. Thanks.  (108460662)

Spacious . Complimentary refreshments near reception very good.

Room was quite a long walk from reception. It took us a long time to locate the entrance to the correct reception because there were two.We thought our room would have been a little more luxurious going off web pictures and information plus it did not overlook the golf course as stated.

Overall: Good and friendly but some staff in restaurant were not sure of information about booking in for meals or cost involved etc.  (107915321)

Beautiful location, helful staff, very clean and well maintained, plenty of parking. Got an excellent rate, so overall very good value for money.

Limited food service menu, long hike to room!

Overall: Stayed in the Exec Centre, felt it was impersonal and pretty standard in terms of furnishings and comforts. Comfy bed/pillows/duvets, basic levels of toiletries, (just hair/body wash and soap). Food was good however, and staff friendly/helpful, Mansion House would probably be much nicer and would stay again if it was a MH room.  (108543097)

Limited food menu in the Bar and Room Service disappointing for those who do not wish to eat a 3 course meal in the main restaurant. Bathroom a little 'tired'
