a very average hotel

Moved to another hotel for one night in spite of having reserved weeks prior to arrival. Manager would not deal with the matter personally. Appalling. Breakfast very average

Comfortable, convenient out of town location within walking distance of the main centre of Treviso.

Bar / Restaurant expensive.

Ideal location if you have a car to travel into Trevisso and Venice

The swimming pool arrangements

Overall: With the exeption of the male receptionist who booked us in on arrival and gave us invaluable local information the rest of the staff ignored us most of the time and were more interested in the conference guests than us. Also the hotel boasts a swimming pool which was one of the reasons we chose it, it is open to hotel guests one hour per evening each day and you have to sign your rights away on paper, wear a swimming hat, robe and suitable footwear.... perhaps they should delete the pool from the hotel description  (99535781)

The staff were very helpful. I ended up arriving earlier than expected and your staff allowed me to check in earlier than the time I had been given. I will recomend your hotel to friends!

I disliked the fact that there was no tea, coffee in the room.

Overall: Before booking this accommodation, I would like to have known that the leisure centre was only available at certain times of the day. We would always go for a swim in the morning, have breakfast then head off for the day. The swimming pool would be a main feature when I am booking a weekend break.  (99723305)
