Old building / Old plumbing and old taps on the bathroom / Parking not included on the price / Breakfast not included
Overall: It was overall unpleasant for several reasons: 1) It is not located near the center as mentioned in the website; 2) The building and the interior is old and the decoration and style is very old fashioned; 3) The plumbing is old and for that reason the water on the bathroom was slightly brownish; 4) The parking is not included on the price (we had to pay 8 extra euro of parking per night); 5) The breakfast is not included on the price; 5) It is overrated (it is 4 stars when in reality it should be no more than 2 stars !!!!); 6) Considering its real overall quality, it is very expensive !!! It was acceptable just
Rooms very old fashioned
No english channels on TV other than news items
No Kettle to enable a drink to be made in the room
No Internet connection
Overall: Massive problems trying to get taxis from the Hotel Should be a courtesy bus available to the show Staff on reception not very helpful Breakfast - cooked food appalling and very often not available Internet connection in reception and not working (99551945)

The directions to find the Hotel were of no help at all.
Overall: The rooms were clean and large with reasonable view. The hotel staff were very helpful and helped us with places to visit in the city etc. The Hotel is about 15 minutes from the city in a taxi. (2210475)

Room available!, close to Exhibition centre airport and town centre
Lifts when available on ground floor continually bleeped (lifts next to main bar & seating area!
Overall: Good friendly staff, hotel nice and clean and very convinent to the exhibition centre Bologna airport and the City Centre, Like so many hotels the shower heads in the bathrooms need to be checked more regularly! This hotel use a very good taxi company. (1517290)
