Good location and easy access

None, but perhaps the bedroom windows would benefit from extra curtain linings or a blackout blind as it was extremely light in the mornings from an early hour though I guess this would not be a problem in the winter months! However, this is just a very minor criticism.

Clean, comfortable.

Looked a bit like a decent standard student flat, a bit clinical. Windows were a bit manky.

Facility was like a flat and provided plenty of space. Having washing & cooking facilities was great. Reasonably close to centre of Aberdeen.

TV's in bedrooms didn't work very well.

Overall: While booking online it says to read the conditions and you'll find out about the 250 pound deposit you have to provide on checking in, it would be far better to include this information in the email when sending out the confirmation/check in details. We are still waiting for our refund to come back to us via Mastercard after 6 days. Money to pay for room came out straight away but refund still coming????? Not happy at all.  (97300119)

Nice, clean 2 bed apartment, with parking, close to Aberdeen city centre,beside bus stop, if you don't want to take car to town. Fantastic price for Sat night stay.
