Great location in quite side street. Very helpful staff. Evening snacks (included in room rate).
Reception is too small and with only one person/computer there were long queues to check-in and out. However this is the only bad point in an otherwise good hotel.

Good Location
Television bracket broken .room telephone to reception constantly engaged , shortage of dining area for breakfast , very small room with constant noise from bathroom area
Overall: There are numerous better hotels in this price range in Copenhagen that I have stayed in , they were all booked and this one was not, now I know why . , being a boutique hotel does not mean you do not have to try.

Nice with something to eat in the afternoon, included in the price
Good beds
Coffee/tea with water boiler in the room, so it said in the text when we ordered.
Front desk personell said the same, but not the cleaning lady. Not available anymore!?
Overall: Close to everything. Easy to use

The location was central. The hotel staff were particularly helpful. The inclusive meals and 24 hour coffee / tea was excellent. Internet access is free. The Ice Bar has to be experienced to be believed!
I was hoping for a room up-grade! The single rooms are somewhat small although adequate.

It was a nice hotel. It is located not far from the railway station - it is easy to find the hotel, it is in the one of the main streets of Rome (not so far from the sights). The staff is frendly and kind.
We were staying in this hotel only for one night (31 December) therefore it is not enougth time to notice any negtif points... Although we think that the price for the New Year night is too high
Overall: it is very comfortable hotel to have vacation and pleasure in Rome
