Overall: It is a pity that the IMI is only a bed and breakfast establishnment as it is a long way from a suitable restaurant.Otherwise excellent value. (108536487)
24 hour reception which was excellent as we came in very late one evening. Breakfast more than adequate, even though it wasn't a full English. Rooms adequately furnished for a couple of nights. Very good value for money.
Could have done with a double bed, instead of two single beds together.

My email confirmation advised a 2pm check in but when we arrived the receptionist was rude and said actually it is a 4pm check in. I have stayed here before and it was 2pm check in then and all the websites i looked at before booking said 2pm check in so i was surprised when she advised it was 4pm and we were too early! She then managed to find us a room but when we opened the door it was still dirty and had not been turned around yet. Having stayed in the hotel before in a executive room i don't believe the room we were eventually put in was executive and i paid for an executive twin. Overall the arrival and check in was very bad and the receptionist rude and unfriendly. However, the other receptionists on the next day was lovely and very helpful and the rest of the stay went without any problems.
Overall: Apart from the bad check in the rest of the stay was OK. (107518751)
