convenient location to waterloo station
spoil marks on ceiling due to leaking roof and noisy room due to traffic
Overall: restaurant was excellent both the food and service. reception were not as friendly as would have hoped suggest bettr training but overall room conveniant for overnite stay. bedding a bit on the short side ie duvet to small for bed and needs thicker pillows or two per person in my opinion (1503289)

Close to Waterloo station. Provision of electric fan and ice machine made hot conditions bearable!
Very noisy - heavy traffic throughout night. Very hot - air conditioning would have been nice!
Overall: Excellent situation, close to Waterloo station, river and London Eye. Helpful staff, clean, well-equipped rooms. Air-conditioning and more efficient double-glazing would help to overcome the minor problems with summer heat and traffic noise. All in all, excellent value for money. (1256124)
